Kay van Bellen established her first print studio in 1995 wjere she created large scale printed textile artworks for clients such as British Telecom, Boots Plc and Serco. Alongside these large scale works she has designed printed textile designs for fashion, selling designs to Ralph Lauren and DKNY.

Her work explores traditional drawing processes such as monoprint, cut paper stencils and collage. Ideas start life as a tiny seed and grow and develop on the print table. I am interested in the play of compositional elements through the quirky overlay of image, texture and pattern.

All screen prints are all hand printed on 220gms Archival paper and hand signed.
